Therapy for Deeper Connection.

Understand Old Patterns. Make Space to Heal. Find new ways to connect.

Online therapy for adults in New York navigating anxiety, past hurt, and relationship patterns that keep repeating.

Our approach

Healing can change what you carry forward.

The ways you learned to cope may have helped you through something real. Together, we can explore how those patterns began, how they affect your life and relationships now, and what you want to change. You will be met with warmth, honesty, and respect for your whole story.

A place to bring your whole story.

You do not need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. We can start with what feels hard right now, move at a pace that works for you, and make space for both the pain you carry and the future you hope for.

Kindred Sol is preparing to offer individual therapy through secure video sessions. You’ll be able to connect from a private space that feels comfortable to you, without a commute. Sessions will be offered exclusively online.

Our services

Individual Therapy

Are anxiety, burnout, past hurt, or the same relationship patterns taking up more space in your life than you want? In one-on-one sessions, we can understand what sets those patterns off, tend to what’s underneath, and practice boundaries and responses that feel more like you.

Couples Therapy

Do you and your partner keep ending up in the same arguments, silence, or misunderstandings, even though you both want things to change? We can slow down the cycle, help each of you feel heard, and practice different ways to respond.

Group Therapy

You want to set boundaries and communicate differently, but you don’t want to figure it out alone. In a small, guided group, you can reflect on your patterns, practice new skills, and feel less alone in the process.
